who we are
RDL Construction of NWFL is a family-owned company serving Northwest Florida, built on six years of hands-on work - our name carries our own last names, because this business is personal to us.
We do not just build; we find the solution.
FAMILY-OWNED
Oscar Monzon and Natalie Ruiz started RDL Construction six years ago and still run it together. Oscar builds the work, from framing and finish to the custom curved staircases he is known for.
Natalie keeps every project moving. When you call or text, you reach the owners, and we treat every home like it carries our own name. Because it does.
CUSTOM STAIRCASES
A curved, sculpted staircase is one of the hardest things to build in a home. Most builders avoid it. Oscar has made it his specialty. Every step is measured, shaped and finished by hand to fit your space, so the stairs are not just a way up.
They become the centerpiece of the room.
DRYWALL, FINISH & MORE
Smooth walls, clean arches and sharp lines are what separate a good job from a great one. Our crew handles framing, drywall, finish, paint, tile and flooring, so you deal with one team from the first wall to the final coat. New construction or renovation, we leave every room ready to live in.
our Projects
Real homes, real finishes. From arched details to vaulted ceilings, this is a look at recent work by our crew across Northwest Florida.
